Hello everyone, welcome to our week in Geek!

We’re back with a super packed episode where we review Zombieland 2: Double Tap and give you our spoiler free and spoiler filled reviews. We also review the 2nd movie of our month of horror with Hereditary. We also discuss Joker’s status as #1 Rated R movie, Leto out as Joker, Hocus Pocus 2, Ubisoft updates, Obi-wan TV show updates, Fox movies going into the Disney Vault, Last of us delay, and the Star Wars Episode 9 trailer. We wrap it up by answering our Podquestion of “What would your Smurf name be?”

This week’s streaming review, and 2nd Horror movie, was Hereditary on Amazon Prime. We heard so many great things about this movie, especially on the heels of Midsommar. But sadly neither of us were as enamored with the movie as we were hoping. Bat was really taken out of it by the slow, boring pace, and lack of purpose which all pushed him to tell others to skip this one. I liked the movie more than Bat but don’t argue with his points. The movie is slow and the 3rd act especially jumps the shark. But even with that said I do think there are a few creative jumps and creepy moments that would make this a fun movie for someone to watch.
