Hello dear listeners and welcome back for another week in geek! This week we are joined by two very special guests for this very Comic filled episode.  Drawn to Comic’s Ken “The Web” Brown is back with another edition of The Web Sense with 6 comics you should check out.  We also have a new special guest Lonnie Lowe, creator of Dark City Comic’s E.P.I.C.,  to tell us more about his very own comic origin story and tell us more about his comic. 

We also review my pick for last week’s streaming review The Family and talk about Bat’s suggestion for next weeks streaming review is the Horror movie The Purge.  This was a movie that both of us thought the concept looked pretty interesting but just didn’t motivate us enough to watch it in the theaters.  But with it being on HBOgo why the heck not.

With the help of our guests we dive into this weeks nerd news concerning Rian Johnson (director of Looper) directing Star Wars 8 and 9, Rosario Dawson being cast in Daredevil, the swirling rumors about Jason Mamoa being cast as Aquaman and Marvel considering a standalone Hulk movie.
